Unfortunately, New York State laws are very strict regarding liquor licenses, so we operate as a dry bar. However, we do assist with alcohol planning and can provide recommendations on brands, quantities, and reliable delivery services that can bring everything directly to your event.

We will create a customized menu for your event, designed around any theme. For mobile bar service, clients can choose any 4 signature cocktails or mocktails from our menu (provided in advance) and up to 3 flavors for margaritas and mojitos. For mixology classes, you can select any 3 drinks from our menu. If you’d like to include traditional cocktails, we’re happy to accommodate and build the menu around your preferences.

We provide all bar and mixing equipment needed for both mobile bar services and mixology classes, along with fresh handcrafted mixers, garnishes, and tables (if needed). The only items we don’t provide are alcohol, ice, and cups—we’ll recommend specific cup brands to ensure your cocktails look their best!

Absolutely. We carry General Liability for all events. If your event space requires a COI, we are happy to provide one.

Please complete our Service Inquiry Form or email us with details about your event so we can better assist you. We offer hourly or flat-rate pricing, and because every event is unique, we provide customized quotes based on your vision, guest count, and service needs. Invoices are prepared per inquiry, with all anticipated costs outlined. Gratuity will be added to the final bill.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due one week before your event.

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited. However, we understand that life happens, and we’re happy to reschedule your event and apply the deposit to a new date.

We require a minimum of 2 mixologists/bartenders for any event under 100 guests. For larger events, an additional staff member will be added for every 25–50 extra guests.

Absolutely! If you’d like our mixologists, bartenders, or support staff to stay longer, we can accommodate your request for an additional fee per extra hour.

We’ll travel anywhere you need us in New York City, Nassau County (Long Island), and nearby counties such as Westchester and Bergen County, New Jersey. Additional fees will be added for locations beyond these jurisdictions.

We are always seeking out mixologists who love their craft and enjoy sharing it with others. If you are interested in becoming a Mr. Bourbon Mixologist, we invite you to contact us and share your resume
